Xiamen imported and exported 120.24 billion yuan of goods from January to February 2021 with an increase of 33.6%, 1.4 percentage points higher than the national growth rate, including exports of 60.95 billion yuan and imports of 59.29 billion yuan, up 41.2% and 26.7%, respectively. The trade surplus was 1.66 billion yuan, compared with a trade deficit of 3.64 billion yuan in the same period last year. Data shows that Xiamen had trade with 221 countries and regions around the world from January to February, with ASEAN, the United States and the European Union being its top three trade partners.
