On March 13, the China Consumers Association released the Evaluation Report on Consumer Satisfaction in 100 Cities in 2020. The results show an overall consumer satisfaction score of 79.32 for the 100 cities in 2020, which is generally at a good level. Among them, Xiamen scored 84.20 points and rose one place from the 2019 ranking to the third one. In this report, the 100 cities are mainly evaluated in terms of "consumption supply", "consumption environment" and "consumption rights protection".
