There are 112 projects in Xiamen this year included in provincial priorities of 2021, 2 higher over the last year, with a year-on-year rise of 15.7% in the total investment, amounting to 598.38 billion yuan. Of these projects, 111 are under construction at a total investment of 517.58 billion yuan, with an annual planned investment of 63.78 billion yuan, up 13.3% year on year; and 1 is preparatory project. In terms of the industries of the projects under construction, there are 43 industrial projects, 58 infrastructure projects and 10 social undertaking projects.
