According to the 2021 Official Airline Ratings announced by APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association), Xiamen Airlines stood out from over 600 participating airlines on reaching the highest threshold at APEX2021—Five Star Global Airline. This is the first time that Xiamen Airlines has won this international top certification which carries great weight. Only 27 airlines around the world have been rated as five-star global airlines. APEX is the only international non-profit membership trade organization composed of the world's leading airlines, industry suppliers, major media groups and relevant aviation industry leaders, whose rating results are highly authoritative worldwide.
