The 2020 Short Video Conference was held in Xiamen from December 3 to 4, during which 18 leading and emerging intelligent A/V enterprises signed the contracts for 16 partnership projects to settle down at China (Xiamen) Intelligent A/V Industrial Base (under preparation). These projects cover content production, technical service, platform operation, education and training, terminal production and other main phases of the intelligent A/V industry. Intelligent A/V enterprise refers to an enterprise that specializes in the collection, production, broadcast, distribution and intelligent network transmission of radio, TV and Internet intelligent A/V programs, receiving of such programs via an intelligent terminal and provision of merged services of intelligent A/V programs, including joint venture and sole proprietorship.
