Xiamen has recently kicked off the three-year action plan to boost the new infrastructure construction. By the end of 2022, Xiamen will basically build a new infrastructure system featuring a new network as foundation, integrated applications as emphasis and scientific research and innovation as the driving force, and the city will be built into a national model city for the integrated application of new infrastructure. Xiamen has made systematic planning and deployment in five aspects, namely boosting the construction of 5G network and gigabit optical network, establishing big data center and computing center, targeting at intelligent applications in 10 fields, focusing on the introduction of large and famous institutions and enterprises, and facilitating the development of the new format, technology and model. 19 tasks and goals have been formed.
