At the Seminar on the Release of 2020 Third-party Evaluation Report on National Government Affairs Services and the Promotion of Business Environment Services held recently, Dataway released the 2020 Third-party Evaluation Report on the Monitoring of National Government Affairs Services. Among the 36 municipal government affairs halls, Xiamen stepped into top 3 in terms of service efficiency for the first time and ranked top 5 for two consecutive years. The evaluation is carried out centering on the typical scenario of "start-up of catering enterprises". The indicators are mainly derived from the General Principles for Third-party Evaluation of Services of Government Affairs Halls, which covers 5 aspects of information disclosure, hardware environment, soft services, information feedback and reform promotion, containing 62 core indexes.
