Xiamen Free Trade Area launched 11 new measures pioneering the country, including Internet+ notarization, and "integrating certificates into one" for ships sailing in the port. Up to now, Xiamen Free Trade Area has launched a total of 426 innovative measures, 93 of which are the first in China. 30 Xiamen experiences have been promoted nationwide by the State Council, and five "best practice cases" of national pilot free trade zones have been built.
