Fujian's tallest skyscraper completes construction in Xiamen

The provincial/municipal key project Xiamen Green Development International Center Plot A has passed final inspection, standing as Fujian's tallest completed structure at 339.88 meters. With a total investment of 7 billion yuan, the development comprises two plots: Plot A's 163,000-square-meter tower is certified as a LEED Platinum Grade A office building, while Plot B (116,000 sq.m) will house a Ritz-Carlton Hotel under Marriott International, slated for structural topping-out in June and operational launch by late 2026. The adjacent Green Development Plaza (23,000 sq.m) integrates retail, dining, and cultural amenities, currently in tenant recruitment. As Fujian's first dual LEED and WELL Platinum-certified project, the tower is expected to reduce annual carbon emissions by 5,451 metric tons.
