On May 8, Xiamen Tongli New Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Electrical Alloy Co., Ltd., officially commenced operations in Tongxiang High-Tech Industrial Base (Tong'an Area). Specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of high-quality copper and copper alloy materials for electrical equipment, the company serves sectors such as new energy vehicles (batteries), low/medium-voltage switchgear, AI data centers, and green hydrogen production. Leveraging Xiamen Torch Development for High Technology Industries' power equipment and new energy industrial clusters, Tongli will collaborate with industry leaders including Schneider Electric, ABB, CATL Xiamen, Ampace, and CALB to enhance the resilience of local industrial and supply chains. Concurrently, the parent company plans to expand globally by establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Mexico, accelerating overseas market penetration and promoting China's high-end copper alloys worldwide, furthering Xiamen's ambition to become an international hub for advanced materials.
