Currently, the BRICS Innovation Base Headquarters project in Xiamen is progressing rapidly. The completion of the pile foundation work is anticipated by the end of this year, followed by the commencement of the main construction of the basement. The project is expected to reach final completion and undergo inspection by the end of December 2027. The BRICS Innovation Base Headquarters project is situated in the Wutong Business Core Area of the Cross-Strait Financial Center. It is designed to serve as a high-end business headquarters and a comprehensive urban commercial service area. According to the plan, the total investment for the project is approximately 5.5 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 352,000 square meters. This includes industrial spaces, research and office areas, business reception facilities, conference rooms, apartments, and consumer spaces. The project serves as a vital platform for Xiamen to facilitate economic and trade cooperation, technological innovation, and industry incubation among BRICS countries.
