On February 7th, EPWK Holdings Ltd. officially listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker symbol EPWK. The successful listing of EPWK in the NASDAQ Global Market marks the birth of the first U.S.-listed company in China's creative crowdsourcing sector. It is also one of the first batch of Chinese concept stocks approved under the new regulatory framework using a Variable Interest Entity (VIE) structure. Established in March 2011 and headquartered in Xiamen, China, EPWK is a national high-tech enterprise and a demonstration e-commerce enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of China.
