On January 21, the main structure of the Torch Tongxiang Phase IV Plant Project, a key provincial project in Tongxiang High-Tech City, was successfully topped off. Upon completion, the plant project aims to establish an industrial ecosystem by attracting upstream and downstream initiatives in the new energy and new materials sectors from industry leaders, including CATL Xiamen, Ampace, and HiTHIUM Energy Storage. The total investment for the plant project is approximately RMB 1.046 billion. Once operational, it is expected to significantly contribute to the development of the Tongxiang High-Tech City and expedite the concentration of talent in the new energy sector. On the same day, the main structure of the office building for the Xiamen Torch Power and Electrical Industry Park (Phase I) was successfully capped. Upon completion, this project will become Schneider Electric's largest medium-voltage production base globally and its second lighthouse factory in China (Note: a lighthouse factory refers to a factory integrating digital and intelligent technologies).
