Recently, the National Reform Heat Assessment Report for the fourth quarter of 2024 was released, revealing that Xiamen has ranked first in reform popularity among the 19 sub-provincial cities and above nationwide. The Reform Heat Index serves as an authoritative measure, systematically reflecting the level of innovation in reforms across various cities. Through its exploration efforts, Xiamen has pioneered 62 nationwide reform initiatives, with 29 of these being promoted nationwide by the National Development and Reform Commission, marking a historical high. Communities in Xiamen have actively explored and innovated, leading to the emergence of 236 reform and innovation cases throughout the year.
