On the morning of January 20, Xiamen held its inaugural Foreign Talent Exchange Fair, attracting over 100 foreign professionals from more than 40 countries, including Germany, Australia, and the United States. During the event, over 20 employers, including Kehua, C&D Inc., Anjie Broad, and Xiamen University of Technology, presented their recruitment needs for international talent. These opportunities were closely aligned with Xiamen's "4+4+6" modern industrial system, which emphasizes key sectors such as electronics information, business logistics, financial services, and advanced manufacturing, as well as higher education, international education, and social services. Key roles in demand included algorithm engineers, materials engineers, and overseas market directors. Xiamen also introduced a comprehensive policy package for attracting and serving foreign talent, detailing measures related to entry and residence, entrepreneurship support, and service guarantees, providing clear guidance for foreign professionals seeking to live and work in Xiamen. Recognized as one of China's "Best Cities for Talent Attraction" for four consecutive years, Xiamen ranks among the top 10 cities in the "Amazing China - the Most Attractive Chinese Cities for Foreigners" list.
