Recently, Fujian Province announced the 2025 Provincial Core Digital Economy Industry Clusters, and "Siming District's Artificial Intelligence Industry Cluster" was included in the list. The AI industry chain in Siming District includes up to 308 enterprises across the upstream and downstream sectors, showing a strong momentum for development. The district has core leading enterprises in all layers—foundation, technology, and application. Notable players such as Huaruisheng, Kaopuyun, SDIC Intelligence, Meitu, Zoe Soft, and Keytop have demonstrated significant leadership in the industry. Major innovation empowerment platforms like Baidu, Huawei, Tencent, and the BIBDR have also established a presence. Siming District will focus on developing the provincial-level digital economy core industry cluster, setting benchmarks for AI technology applications in the province, and supporting Xiamen in becoming a hub for AI innovation and application.
