This year, Xiamen has actively integrated into the national strategy for building talent hubs and platforms, vigorously implemented its science and technology innovation-led initiatives, and focused on cultivating a modern industrial system of "4+4+6." The city has created a top-tier ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship, accelerating the formation of a development model driven primarily by innovation. As "the most attractive Chinese city for foreign talent," Xiamen has vigorously implemented the "Luyin Wuzhou" overseas talent attraction campaign, attracting about 3,000 international talents this year, with foreign talent growth up by 10%.
