Xiamen R&T Plumbing Technology Co., Ltd. has officially commenced construction of its modular smart sanitary ware project, with an investment of 742 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 100,000 units. Located in Haicang District, Xiamen, the project will establish a production base for modular smart bathrooms, focusing on related components, same-floor drainage systems, and other products. The construction period is expected to take 2–3 years. As one of China's leading smart sanitary ware enterprises, R&T has experienced robust growth in recent years. Xiamen is a major global hub for high-end plumbing and sanitary products, leading the nation in exports of faucets, toilet seats and covers, and hoses. Four out of seven listed sanitary ware companies in China are based in Xiamen, with products exported to over 180 countries and regions.
