On the afternoon of December 6, the ADORA cruise ship departed Xiamen International Cruise Home Port for a 13-day cultural exploration voyage along the "Maritime Silk Road." The itinerary includes stops in the Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and Vietnam, promoting cultural exchanges and tourism cooperation between Xiamen and countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative. Since the launch of the first "Maritime Silk Road" cruise route in 2016, Xiamen International Cruise Home Port has operated 37 voyages, serving over 120,000 passengers, making it one of the most experienced ports in managing "Maritime Silk Road" routes. Moving forward, Xiamen aims to leverage its role as a strategic hub of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, further enhancing the legacy and innovation of this historic route and solidifying its "Cruise Xiamen" brand.
