On October 23, ITG Siming Sci-Tech Park, the first completed low-energy industrial land redevelopment pilot project in Xiamen, officially opened. Five key platforms, covering artificial intelligence, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and financial services, were unveiled. Located in the expanded area of Software Park Phase II in Siming District, the project covers approximately 22,000 m², with a building area of about 43,000 m², featuring two industrial R&D buildings, a talent apartment, and supporting facilities. As Siming District's first "micro-renewal" industrial complex, it leverages the region's industrial advantages to integrate industry and urban development, focusing on industries as the base, space as the carrier, and talent as the core. It addresses "industry, city, talent, and operational ecosystem" needs, supporting high-quality enterprise growth.
