On October 21, the 1# and 2# buildings of the Future Industry Sub-park (Advanced Manufacturing) of Xiamen Science and Technology Park were officially delivered, marking a new platform for the industrialization of Xiamen's technological achievements. With a total investment of 345 million yuan, the sub-park features two eight-story standardized buildings covering over 100,000 square meters, providing high-quality space for major advanced manufacturing projects. As construction speeds up, investment attraction is also in full swing. The sub-park focuses on emerging industries such as new materials, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, and semiconductors, facilitating the landing of "high-tech, high-growth, and high-value-added" projects. It is expected to achieve an industrial output value of over 1 billion yuan, supporting Xiamen's goal of becoming a hub for advanced manufacturing.
