On October 15, the 136th China Import and Export Fair (i.e., Canton fair) opened in Guangzhou. The Xiamen delegation sent 700 enterprises to participate in the event, setting a new record for the number of exhibitors. Xiamen enterprises secured a total of 1,861 booths at the fair, including 365 brand booths, across various categories such as home appliances, consumer electronics, building and decorative materials, healthcare products and medical devices, gifts and premiums, craft ceramics, bags, shoes, sportswear, and casual wear.
