On October 14, Torch Group's Marine Hi-Tech City Construction Co., Ltd. successfully attracted Weizhuo Technology, HONGHAI Equipment, and Hexin Technology to acquire three plots of land in the Xiamen Marine High-tech Zone, totaling 59,000 square meters. These projects, the first in the park, involve a total investment of 610 million yuan, with an expected output value of 4.13 billion yuan in five years, supporting the Xiamen Marine High-tech Zone as a marine industry hub. Weizhuo Technology will establish a marine engineering equipment research and production base, HONGHAI Equipment will set up a headquarters for high-end marine deck equipment, and Hexin Technology will build a marine biotechnology fabric and production base for small batch orders with rapid turnaround.
