The I-3 plot in the Silver City Intelligent Valley (SCIV) of Xiamen Science and Technology Park was recently opened for global investment. The new development, covering approximately 118,000 square meters, offers "high-rise plus multi-level office" products and aims to become the headquarters base for high-tech, high-growth, and high-value-added enterprises. This is the first super high-rise project in SCIV to target global investors since its opening. The project has also brought in global property management leader Colliers, providing custom, full-service property management for its future tenants. Over the past three years, SCIV has attracted close to 1,000 registered enterprises, with more than 14,000 people working and living in the park. In addition to the newly opened high-rise project, the park has already put 300,000 square meters of industrial space on the market, with a Phase 1 occupancy rate of nearly 90%, further enhancing the industrial capacity of Xiamen Science and Technology Park.
