自2019年元旦起，厦门正式实施空海港口岸“外国人144小时过境免签”政策，53个国家的外国人持有第三国（地区）签证和机票（船票）途经厦门（厦门高崎国际机场、厦门五通客运码头、厦门国际邮轮中心口岸）时，便可以免签在厦停留144小时。

厦门空港口岸首位享受免签政策的旅客BEME STEFAN
近日，为了给来厦的国际旅客提供更加优质的服务，厦府办下发了59号文件。
符合144小时过境免签范围国家的公民，凭本人有效国际旅行证件和144小时内已确定日期及座位前往第三国（地区）的联程机（船）票，可选择从厦门高崎国际机场、五通码头、国际邮轮码头任一口岸入境或出境，实行过境免办签证政策，停留范围仅限于厦门市行政区域内。
144-hour Visa-Free Transit Policy
Citizens from countries eligible for the 144-hour visa-Free transit policy can transit in China via any of the following ports of entry including Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, Wutong Port or Xiamen International Cruise Center without Chinese visa by supplying valid international travel documents and onward flight/vessel tickets to a third country/region with confirmed seats and that the departure time is within 144 hours upon their arrival.
After having successfully applied for 144-hour visa-free transit at one of the above-listed ports of entry, transit passengers are allowed to stay within the administration precinct of Xiamen City only.

Please read the following information carefully
1、在厦停留期间不可超出过境免签准许停留时间和停留区域,有逾期停留或超出停留范围的,将按外国人非法居留的相关规定依法处理。
1. Temporary entry foreigners are not allowed to exceed the time limit of visa-free transit or travel beyond Xiamen. Violators should be subject to penalty for illegal residence.
2、需按规定办理住宿登记手续,其中入住宾旅馆的入住时由宾旅馆办理,住社区的应在抵达住宿地后24小时内前往居住地派出所办理住宿登记。根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第76条第六款规定,未依法办理住宿登记的,给予警告,可以并处二千元以下罚款。
2. Residence registrations are compulsory. Those who stay at hotel should register at the hotel reception. Those who stay in other places shall, within 24 hours upon arrival, complete residence registration formalities with the local police station in the proximity of residence. Violators will be given a warning, and possibly a fine of not more than RMB 2, 000 yuan according to Item 6 of Article 76 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Exit and Entry Administration.
3、若遇不可抗力等原因停留超过规定时限的,应凭相关证明材料前往岀入境管理部门办理相应的停留证件。

Kulangsu is famous as "Piano Island", "Music Island" and "Exposition of Exotic Buildings". It is a national Class 5A scenic zone and the top 5 downtown districts of China. In 2017, it was included in the register of world cultural heritages.
Zengcuo'an is honored as the "most artistic Chinese fishing village". It has an enormous collection of red-brick ancient buildings and exotic buildings of Southeast Asian styles and many personalized stores.
Route 2: Island Ring Blvd - Wuyuan Bay Wetland Park - Sailboat cruising
Island Ring Blvd is 43km long and connects Xiamen University, Hulishan Fortress, Huangcuo Beach, Exhibition Center, Light-tower Park and other tourist attractions like a string of pearls. It is also famous as the "most beautiful Marathon track in the world".
Wuyuan Bay Wetland Park is Xiamen's largest park and also the largest wetland ecological park. It is honored as Xiamen's oxygen generator.

胡里山炮台建于清光绪二十年（1894年），历史上被称为“八闽门户、天南锁钥”，是全国重点文物保护单位。现存一尊1893年出产、重87吨、射程19760米的德国克虏伯大炮，以“世界现存原址上最古老最大的十九世纪海岸炮”,创大世界基尼斯记录。
青礁慈济宫,又称东宫，为全国重点文物保护单位，位于厦门市海沧区青礁村，始建于南宋绍兴21年（1151年），为纪念保生大帝——吴夲。

Hulishan Fortress was constructed in the 20th year of Guangxu Period of Qing Dynasty (1894). Historically honored as "gateway to Fujian and key to South China", it is currently a national key protected unit of cultural relics and accommodates an 87t Krupp cannon with a shooting range of 19,760m produced in 1893. It won the China Records for "the world's existing oldest and largest 19th-century coastal cannon on the original site".
Qingjiao Ciji Temple, also known as Eastern Palace, is a national key protected unit of cultural relics. Located in Qingjiao Village of Haicang District, it was constructed in memory of Wu Tao, Baosheng Dadi, in the 21st year of Shaoxing Period of the Southern Song Dynasty (1151).

老院子景区为国家4A级旅游景区，包括老院子民俗文化风情园和《闽南传奇》秀两部分。风情园主要展示闽南当地的渔村文化、民俗文化、妈祖文化、南洋文化以及寻根溯源的始祖文化。《闽南传奇》秀是以闽南文化为主线的世界首部360度超大型室内实景演艺秀。

Jimei School Village, invested and founded by Tan Kah Kee, the famous patriotic leader of overseas Chinese in 1913, enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. It was included in the first register of "20th-century architectural heritages of China" in 2016. With a western-style body and a local-style roof, it used to be called as "someone in a business suit and a bamboo hat" and well represents the architectural style of South Fujian as a hometown of overseas Chinese.
Old Courtyard Scenic Zone is a national Class 4A scenic zone and comprises two parts, i.e. old courtyard folk customs and culture park and Minnan Legend Show. The park primarily displays the local fishing village culture, folk customs and culture, Mazu culture, Southeast Asian culture and the origins of Ancestor cultures. Minnan Legend Show is the world's first 360-degree super-scale indoor show having South Fujian culture as the main line.
Huihe Rock Cultural Park is a landmark theme park of rock culture in Xiamen. It displays the centennial rock culture of South Fujian through exquisite stone constructions, delicate stone statues and elegant environments.

Yundang Lake Cruise/Bailuzhou Light Show/Musical Fountain are all located inside Bailuzhou Park. Take a cruise ship and enjoy the reflections of neon lights in the lake and the sparkling skyline. The scenes of musical fountain and light show should be a stunning experience to you.
Haiwan Park is a very good place to enjoy the night views of three building clusters, i.e. Rongxin Ocean City, Taidi Haixi Center and Xiamen Center along Haicang Bay. When night falls, the sparkling lights and high buildings of Haicang District across the sea and the illuminated Haicang Bridge constitute a spectacular scene.
Jimei Dragon-boat Pond is a place to enjoy the night views of Jimei Middle School, Nanxun Building and other architectures of Tan Kah Kee style on the other side of the Dragon-boat Pond. Static warm floodlights are primarily adopted to highlight the architectural style and the beauty of Tan Kah Kee Buildings of this zone.
