The city achieved perfect scores of 100 in the creation, application, and protection of intellectual property rights. The Market and Quality Supervision Commission of Xiamen Municipality has focused on enhancing the city's intellectual property strengths and establishing a premier legal environment for business. This includes a comprehensive approach to intellectual property rights covering creation, application, protection, management, and services, leading to significant achievements. Notably, Xiamen has been approved to construct a national-level intellectual property protection center and has been selected for a pilot project on rapid resolution of intellectual property disputes.
