In the field of industrial construction, Xiamen focused on promoting the transformation and upgrading of industries around the "4+4+6" modern industrial system. Throughout the year, 58 industrial projects realized an actual investment of 41.19 billion yuan, exceeding the annual planned investment by 21.7%. In the infrastructure sector, Xiamen concentrated on urban spatial and comprehensive transportation layouts, accelerating the construction of projects such as airports, railways, main highways, and urban infrastructure upgrade. A total of 57 infrastructure projects achieved an actual investment of 50.9 billion yuan, surpassing the annual planned investment by 10.5%. In the social services sector, Xiamen prioritized projects such as the construction of regional medical centers and the balanced development of education in the island and mainland areas. It promoted the construction of projects aimed at ensuring and improving people's livelihoods, with 15 social service projects achieving an actual investment of 2.52 billion yuan, exceeding the annual planned investment by 17%.
