On September 8, the 23rd China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT ) was inaugurated at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. Serbia, Brazil and Qatar were invited to be the Guests of Honor, which is the largest number of Guests of Honor at the CIFIT. This year's CIFIT set up an exceptional "Global Cooperation Zone" that attracted participation from 102 countries and regions across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Oceania. The exhibition area spans an impressive 120,000 square meters, thoughtfully divided into three distinct areas. These areas include the Investment Promotion Hall, the Industrial Innovation and Development Hall, and the Project and Capital Matching Hall. Over 1,000 esteemed institutions and enterprises have eagerly signed up to exhibit their offerings in these halls. The 2023 International Investment Forum focuses more on the high-quality development of two-way investment, organizing one main forum and two parallel forums, focusing on outward investment and the construction of a business environment. The CIFIT also publishes authoritative information reports, including the Chinese version of the World Investment Report 2023, the China Foreign Investment Statistical Bulletin 2023, and the China Foreign Investment Guidelines (2023 Edition). These reports serve as professional references and guidelines for promoting international two-way investment.
