The Fujian Department of Development and Reform recently announced the List of Provincially Major Projects of 2023. Xiamen has 130 projects on the list, with a total investment of 693.6 billion yuan. Among those 130 projects, 120 are under construction, with a total investment of 650.6 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 81.57 billion yuan; 2 are under preparation with a total investment of 43 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 580 million yuan. Among projects under construction, 58 are industrial projects with an annual planned investment of 34.35 billion yuan; 55 are infrastructure projects with an annual planned investment of 45.06 billion yuan; 15 are gap-filling utility projects with an annual planned investment of 2.16 billion yuan.
