From January to November this year, 73.32 billion yuan investment was completed in Xiamen, which is 16.84 billion yuan more than the planned investment of 56.48 billion yuan on 111 provincial key projects. It marks that 115% of the annual planned investment has been completed, 23.3 percentage points more than the ordered progress. The investment completion rate ranked first in the province. By industry, 32.37 billion yuan was invested in industrial projects, 34.9 billion yuan in infrastructure projects, and 6.05 billion yuan in social programs.
