Xiamen City has planned a yearly investment of 88.34 billion yuan for 131 provincial key projects. From January to March, an investment of 27.04 billion yuan was completed, accounting for 30.6% of the annual plan and exceeding the schedule by 5.6 percentage points. The construction of industrial projects progressed efficiently, with 12.28 billion yuan actually invested during the first quarter, completing 37.6% of the annual plan. Infrastructure projects accelerated, with 14 billion yuan invested, achieving 26.0% of the annual plan. Social affairs projects moved forward orderly, with an actual investment of 0.76 billion yuan, completing 41.5% of the planned investment for the year.
