The Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission conducted a comprehensive monitoring and supervision of the business environment for the year 2023, with Xiamen ranking first in the province for the fifth consecutive year. Over the past year, the National Development and Reform Commission held a national conference in Xiamen to optimize the business environment, promoting the city's practices nationwide. Xiamen has launched actions to create new advantages in its business environment to support high-quality enterprise development, introducing 3 batches of 141 key improvement tasks at the municipal level, entering the 6.0 phase of business environment reform. Last year, Xiamen signed 756 new projects with a planned investment of 80.35 billion yuan over three years and saw 796 new projects land with a planned investment of 151.87 billion yuan over the same period.
