On March 21st, the inaugural preparatory meeting for the 23rd China International Fair for Investment and Trade took place in Beijing. This year's Investment Fair will resume its original "once a year" schedule. The Fair is committed to further improving the "three platforms" for facilitating two-way investment promotion, authoritative information dissemination, and investment trend analysis. The CIFIT organizing committee said it will continue to elevate the standards of internationalization, specialization, and branding, and endeavor to establish a new high-level platform for opening up to the world. This year's investment fair boasts 120,000 square meters of exhibition area and sets up three major exhibition areas: investment promotion, industrial innovation and development, and project capital matchmaking. The keynote forum for the "Year of Investing in China" and related supporting activities will be held at this year's fair, releasing a number of authoritative reports on attracting foreign investment, holding activities such as the China Foreign Investment Enterprise Station, and creating a centralized roadshow platform for high-quality projects nationwide. At the same time, a series of high-end forums will be held, including the 2023 International Investment Forum, the "Silk Road Maritime" International Cooperation Forum, and the "Belt and Road" Development High-Level Forum.
