As the core carrier of the industry chain of software and information services worth hundreds of billion in Xiamen, Xiamen Software Park achieved an annual revenue of 137.1 billion yuan in 2020, up by 15.9% y-o-y, and boasts a remarkable 40 billion yuan of revenue per square kilometer. This is the third consecutive year that the revenue of the park has exceeded 100 billion yuan. In 2020, the third phase of the software park has witnessed a net increase of 1234 registered enterprises, up by 24.6% y-o-y. The newly registered capital hit 11.2 billion yuan, a 111.2% y-o-y growth. In total, there has been 4,073 enterprises registered, among which 2,629 have been settled in the park with 39,000 employees.
