Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce has recently issued the Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the High-Quality Development of Digital Commerce in Xiamen, aiming to comprehensively elevate the level of digitalization, networking and intelligence in commerce, effectively push forward the high-quality development of commerce and accelerate the construction of digital Xiamen. The Implementation Opinions set five goals for the high-quality development of digital commerce in Xiamen, which are: continue to deepen the digital transformation of trade, deeply integrate the digital economy and trade in services, expand and strengthen the emerging digital industry clusters, further enhance the digital level of ports, and basically form a digital commerce ecosystem. Composing of 28 major measures in six aspects, the Implementation Opinions will act as a multi-faceted and comprehensive tool to drive the high-quality development of digital commerce in Xiamen.
