Construction has officially begun on the A1 plot of the Xiamen AI Industry Belt (Maluan Bay Park). The project plans to build 9 buildings and a 2-story basement, with a target completion date by the end of 2028. Construction of the A2 plot had already commenced on March 31 this year. The Xiamen AI Industry Belt (Maluan Bay Park) targets emerging sectors such as high-end smart manufacturing, the Industrial Internet, artificial intelligence, information technology application innovation, and big data cloud computing. It serves as an extension of Software Park Phase III and is a core component of the Xiamen AI Industry Belt (Maluan Bay Park). Once completed, the industrial support and service infrastructure of Maluan Bay New City will be further enhanced, accelerating the clustering effect of Xiamen's AI and smart manufacturing industries.
