On December 19, a series of rankings were unveiled at the “2025 China Annual Best Employer Awards Ceremony”. Xiamen was named “China's Annual Best City for Talent Attraction” for the fifth consecutive year. Meanwhile, C&D Group, XMXYG Co., Ltd., and Anta Group, among others, were included in the “China Annual Best Employer TOP 100” list, while Xiamen Airlines was selected, for the first time, for the “China Annual Employer with the Greatest Growth Potential” list. Since the beginning of this year, Xiamen has successively been recognized with honors such as “China’s Most Attractive City for International Talent,” “Talent-Friendly City,” and “Employment-Friendly City.” Xiamen has deepened its implementation of the “Luyin Wuzhou” global talent recruitment initiative, achieving an average annual growth rate of over 15% in the recruitment of internationally oriented talent. The city has hosted major innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, including the 2025 Fujian Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the “Susong Cup,” attracting more than 2,000 projects from around the world. In addition, the Taiwan talent track under the “Double Hundred Program” drew 47 project applications. Xiamen has also strengthened regional collaboration with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and proactively integrated into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Dedicated international talent liaison offices have been established in Beijing and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to actively connect talent with scientific and technological innovation resources.
