From December 4 to 7, the world-class cross-border e-commerce event—the 2025 Amazon Global Selling Cross-Border Summit—was held in Hangzhou. At the summit, Amazon Global Selling launched the "Next Generation Global Selling" initiative. Several well-known cross-border e-commerce enterprises based in Xiamen, such as AMZ123, YUGUO, Big Forest Logistics, and MoonSees, made appearances. Since operating the Amazon Cross-Border E-commerce Park in 2018 and launching the industrial belt accelerator in 2024, Xiamen has helped tens of thousands of Fujian enterprises transition to cross-border e-commerce through specialized training, forming competitive industrial clusters. Its cross-border e-commerce sector has achieved remarkable results, attracting nearly 6,000 high-quality enterprises whose products cover major global markets. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Xiamen's cross-border e-commerce import and export volume has increased by over 11 times, with its comprehensive pilot zone consistently ranking in the top tier nationally. From January to August 2025, Xiamen's cross-border e-commerce import and export exceeded 160 billion yuan. The city has now established multiple industrial clusters, including Zhaishang, Haicang, and Software Park Phase III, and boasts a national-level e-commerce demonstration park. The development framework integrating policy support, industrial ecosystem, and logistics infrastructure is increasingly robust.
