In the first three quarters of this year, Xiamen actively advanced the construction of provincial and municipal key projects, with multiple projects commencing, topping out, or completing across industries, social initiatives, and infrastructure sectors, injecting new momentum into Xiamen's high-quality economic and social development. For industrial projects, Minhuiteng New Materials and Ruihongtu Science & Technology Park recently commenced construction. The Minhuiteng New Materials project primarily centers on producing special high-strength protective materials and special aerogel insulation materials, with projected annual output value exceeding RMB 144 million upon reaching full production capacity. The Ruihongtu project will integrate smart 5G cloud empowerment to establish a digital, intelligent, informationalized, and automated smart factory focused on passive component production, aiming to achieve localization substitution, reduce corporate procurement costs, and enhance supply chain stability. The BRICS Digital Industrial Intelligence Valley also achieved phased progress, with the main structure of its southern zone topping out. Upon completion, the project will introduce emerging industrial clusters including IoT, smart manufacturing and robotics, communication equipment, operating systems and industrial software, and integrated circuits, targeting annual revenue surpassing RMB 2.2 billion and annual tax revenue exceeding RMB 220 million at full capacity.
