On October 12, the "Charming Xiamen" integrated foreign talent service platform was officially launched. To attract and pool international talent, Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security innovated foreign talent service measures by collaborating with the Foreign Talent Research Center, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It established the "Charming Xiamen" channel at chinajob.com, creating a comprehensive service platform for foreign talents coming to Xiamen. The platform showcases Xiamen's urban landscape in English, releases and interprets preferential talent policies, hosts online recruitment, provides life information such as education and healthcare, and shares stories of foreign talents in Xiamen, all to enhance Xiamen's global talent attraction and influence. As China’s first national-level integrated foreign talent service platform, chinajob.com has nearly 70,000 registered users from over 170 countries and regions, with cumulative page views exceeding 10 million, and its global influence continues to rise. It has launched city channels for Beijing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and others besides Xiamen.
