On September 5, Xiamen launched a centralized commencement/completion ceremony for 70 major projects totaling RMB 78.3 billion in investment. Aligned with the "4+4+6" modern industrial system, these projects target high-end manufacturing and modern services, characterized by large-scale investment, strong driving capacity, premium industrial quality, and positive social impact. Among them, 43 projects with a total investment of RMB 39.6 billion commenced construction, while 27 projects with a total investment of RMB 38.7 billion concluded. This demonstrates Xiamen's achievements in precision investment attraction, industrial upgrading, and business environment optimization. From January-September 2025, Xiamen secured nearly 2,000 industrial projects with RMB 640 billion total investment, with 87 projects exceeding RMB 100 million commencing and 41 completing. This lays a solid foundation for concluding the 14th Five-Year Plan and launching the 15th Five-Year Plan.
