On November 5, Xiamen held its Tourism Development Conference, drawing business leaders, investors, industry representatives, and scholars to discuss high-quality growth strategies for Xiamen's tourism industry. With the goal of building a world-class tourism and leisure city from an elevated starting point, the conference featured key speeches from prominent figures in China's culture and tourism sectors. Major cultural and tourism project signings also took place, including two strategic partnerships with IPORT GROUP and LY.com, as well as Xiamen Tourism Group and Trip.com Group. Additionally, 10 major investment projects, such as the CGDG Bingzhou Island Luxury Cultural Tourism Project, the Tianzhu Fenghuang Valley Project and the Southeast China Animation Valley Project, were signed. Xiamen is committed to a deep integration of culture and tourism, advancing its tourism sector from sightseeing to experiential travel and positioning itself as a premier global destination for leisure and tourism.
